Because of this, it’s important that my printing is done by a local business which provides first-rate quality and service. With Mitchell Press, we found all three.
Quality, a picture would not do it justice really. We have worked with multiple companies over the years and the final product usually suffers with inconsistent colour saturation, poor colour separation, banding, blotching etc. We have never experienced this with Mitchell.
Crystal, our account rep has been awesome. She has been responsive and helpful and has, on a couple of occasions caught mistakes we’ve made, which would have been both expensive and embarrassing for us. On another occasion, when we were out of country, Crystal hand delivered our marketing materials to the person covering for us!!
